LWA Homebuilding & Construction Academy

The Academy is built for policymakers and their staff to help them learn about homebuilding from the beginning — from buying land and entitling it, through the construction process, and eventually handing the keys over to a new resident. The information is practical and easy to understand, and classes are taught by actual industry professionals.

Participants follow the full homebuilding process: land acquisition, planning and entitlement, permitting, construction, completion, and delivery of the home to its resident.
